Nanostone Water manufactures a unique, high-surface-area, ceramic ultrafiltration membrane module for municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment.Responsibilities:- Lead project engineering and management activities for retrofits of existing MF/UF plants with Nanostone CM-151 novel ceramic membrane modules- Project manager for the retrofit of an existing 14.4 MGD polymeric membrane drinking water facility with ceramic ultrafiltration membranes, resulting in the largest ceramic membrane drinking water system outside of Japan. Responsibilities entailed: - Management of detailed retrofit engineering design and installation using a third-party contractor - Coordination of control system upgrades including installation of remote system monitoring - Direction of field engineering staff for startup and commissioning - Management of contract, budget, and schedule through an ever-changing project landscape- Lead project team developing a new pilot demonstration system using both internal and external resources - Manage supply chain, imports, exports, and all project related transactions- Support new project proposals with preliminary engineering designs, project cost estimates, contract reviews, and schedules
