Contributed as an Atlassian Administrator for SoFi Technologies. Implementing ITSM best practices to oversee all aspects of SoFi's Atlassian usage and multi-instance cloud setup with responsibilities including design/development, migration, billing, documentation, training, incident/problem escalations, and more. Utilized my background in Finance and Software Development when communicating with business unit leads to understand their team's needs and to provide the best solution. Designed and developed ~50 different JS/JSM projects and Confluence spaces combined while helping maintain 300+ existing projects and spaces. Built customized Schemes, Screens, Fields, Issue/Request Types, Permissions, Workflows, Automations, Service Portals/Forms, and Knowledge Centers. Provided setup support and training for new/existing marketplace apps.▪ Implementing and maintaining connections to other software such as Slack, Gitlab, FreshService, AirTable, and many more through prebuilt and custom integrations and data connectors.▪ Working closely with the Identity Access Management team to sync Jira groups with an external directory (Workday) to provide default product access and group permissions. ▪ Training new Jira admins on best practices and guiding them through the responsibilities that they will be taking. Additionally, created new documentation on design, processes, and other training-related documentation.▪ Following and updating products with new Atlassian features as they become available such as Jira Forms, Insight, and Atlas. Administrative and setup knowledge of other Atlassian products such as OpsGenie, StatusPage, and Sourcetree.▪ Routinely meeting with Finance to forecast licensing needs and working with the Security team to resolve any concerns or issues they find in their audits.

Designed, developed, and updated cloud-based web applications using various programming languages and tools. Held concurrent responsibility for discussing requirements with users, designing user interfaces using JavaScript and React, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while working in a 5-member Agile team with daily Stand-ups and 2-week Sprints. ▪ Built brand new microservices for a smart home project using ASP.NET Core and provided an API for front-end teams.▪ Spearheaded a proof of concept project to facilitate the implementation of gRPC on .Net Core Microservices. ▪ Played an instrumental role in the development of web UI projects, designed automated API integration test suites using Postman, and implemented OpenAPI Generator to generate SDK libraries for client-side teams. ▪ Leveraged Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to deploy changes to development / quality assurance / production environments.

● Developed a full stack web UI for a proof of concept project using React, Redux, Node, HTML5, CSS3, and OAuth2.● Created automated tests using Python and Selenium to assist developers.● Utilized Postman to test Samsung and Microsoft Azure cloud-based RESTful APIs.● Discovered issues in app and firmware code, and captured logs to help developers find solutions.● Helped create a manual test suite consisting of 500+ tests for full regression testing.Recently developed a web interface for a proof of concept project that allows users to connect to their Legrand IoT light switches and dimmers through a personal cloud account. From the web interface, users are able to sign in or create a new account securely through OAuth2 protocol. The interface provides the user with the ability to select IoT enabled areas such as "The Office" or "The Kitchen". Once an area is selected, a display of all IoT connected light switches and dimmers is provided. From there, the user is able to see the status of each device, as well as the ability to send On/Off/Dimming commands to devices through the cloud. The technologies I used to create this project were React, Redux, Node, HTML, CSS, OAuth2, Postman, and a Microsoft Azure cloud-based RESTful API.

RoboRace - Group ProjectREACT | NODE | JAVASCRIPT | SOCKET.IO | CRON | POSTGRESQL | HTML | CSS | MATERIAL UIRoboRace is a real-time trivia-based game designed to allow friends to race against each other.  Points are not only distributed by correct answers, but also by how quickly a user can answer each question.RoboRace was effectively created as a group, where each member was assigned tasks to contribute to the application. Team meetings were scheduled daily to ensure continuity, productivity, and fluid integration when code merging occurred.Socket.io was utilized to create our real-time engine, and by integrating a room key feature, users can connect and communicate amongst each other and the application in a private setting. With fairness in mind, Cron timers were also integrated into our Socket code to ensure that each user received the trivia questions at the exact same time.We applied React as the front-end framework of RoboRace. Using JavaScript, React allowed us to create our functionality and then effortlessly write additional JSX code to display our components. Node.js and Express were implemented on the back-end for handling all of the RESTful API requests and connecting to cloud-based PostgreSQL databases so that necessary user information could be stored.Finally, through the use of Material UI, CSS, and media queries, RoboRace has a fun and colorful theme while still being intuitive and easy to navigate.Github Repo: https://github.com/team-electron/RoboRaceLive Site: RoboRaceGame.com

DevBracket.com - Personally DevelopedREACT | NODE | JAVASCRIPT | POSTGRESQL | HTML | CSS | AUTH0 A site designed to create a ping pong and foosball ranking system, by allowing users to create and enter into tournaments. I utilized React to create the front-end framework of DevBracket. Using both React and JavaScript, I was able to create functionality throughout the app, such as users being able to create customizable tournaments, being placed into interactive tournament brackets, and earning ranking points based on performance. I implemented Node.js and Express on the back-end for handling all of the RESTful API requests and connecting to cloud-based PostgreSQL databases so that necessary user information could be stored.Finally, through the use of CSS and media queries, Devbracket has an overall sleek and easy to navigate appearance, while also being responsive to tablet and mobile devices.
