Seth has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has worked in various settings including general fitness, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. He received a Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance at Fort Hays State University. Seth currently holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS) and as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). Having been a competitive wrestler for over a decade, he understands the importance of maintaining a healthy mind and body in order to achieve ones goals. Seth believes that each client should be approached on an individual basis, “what works for one may not work for another”.
