Provide strategy for international business development initiatives and natural resource management consulting for individual projects. Research, develop and submit proposals for service contracts primarily in South America and Africa for services aligned with REDD+ and FCPF initiatives. Develop and maintain leads and referrals with foreign government agencies and United Nations program managers. Individual projects range from carbon-neutral biomass electricity generation to climate change impact planning.

Manage and track the training of more than 300 Marines of multiple occupational specialties. Develop plans to achieve all annual training requirements and efficiently and cost-effectively drive career progression of each individual Marine. Function as a liaison with other military units in order to develop cross-training and meet tactical training requirements. Report to the Commanding Officer weekly on all key aspects of training and development.

Manage a cross-functional team of 180 Marines providing all communications, logistics, transportation and operations services for the organization. Coordinate and supervise team-member individual and group training, administrative and legal requirements.

Assigned as the project manager for construction of an on-site organization training facility. Directed concept development, budget, emplacement and implementation of the facility. Produced quarterly training plans designed to meet both individual and organization requirements. Led a multi-disciplined team during initial operational testing of prototype equipment.

Led a team in support of combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Functioned as liaison officer to regimental staff (including multinational forces from the UK, Italy and Georgia) on all matters pertaining to close air support, aerial logistic support and air medical evacuation.
