During my graduation internship, I advised Silk'n on the organisational steps they needed to take to develop their strategy and expand into new markets. I interacted with people at all levels, from employees to Silk'n's C-level management and external stakeholders, in order to conduct my research, manage people's different interests and better understand Silk'n's 'way of working'. At the end of my internship, I was able to advise Silk'n on the given topic to help Silk'n develop and expand.
