Multi Unit Operations for the company that owns the brands Buckhead Saloon, Fitzgerald's Irish Pub, & Kennedy's Premium Grill

Responsibilities include brand protection, ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies, standards, and best practices, training, development and oversight of area operations managers, market specific development and implementation of marketing initiatives, certification and oversight of teams of new store opening trainers, forming, where applicable, Local Advertising Groups to facilitate the pooling of marketing dollars and advising the LAGs with regard to media buy proposals, cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing operational support as needed, assisting franchisees with the sourcing and screening of managerial candidates, and overseeing the new store development process in conjunction with that department.

I controlled a team of 3 hospitality industry consultants while overseeing and assisting in contract completion. Contract areas of focus included inventory systems implementation, controllable expense audits and analysis, license and permit acquisition, OSHA and EEOC compliance, targeted marketing, sales building, demographic research, site selection, training program development and implementation, menu development, and construction project management. Responsibilities included regional budgeting, screening, hiring, training, and overseeing a team of independently contracted consultants, and ensuring timely contract completion

I was hired as a manager at the corporate training store in Atlanta. In addition to managing the pub, my area of responsibility also included advanced training for the managerial candidates that were hired nationwide.
