Performing warranty repairs and redesigns for outdoor companies including REI, Patagonia, Northface, Golite, RAB Lowe Alpine, Mountainsmith, Mont Bell, Kjus and Deuter.

Assessing and responding to resident needs; Planning and implementing events for residents; Completing administrative tasks.

Training new partners; Preparing and presenting top quality products; Delegating tasks and partner duties.

Designing and testing products; Fabric sourcing and selection; Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing.

As a development assistant I worked along side the in-house patternmaker to sew muslins and finalize patterns for final samples. I sat in on fittings with the design team and participated and contributed during weekly design meetings. Working in an open studio environment I was also exposed to matters related to production, online retail, sales and merchandising.
