Implementing better authorization request process, reducing the frustration of customers, providing greater visibility to key stakeholders and reducing complexity of request streams to the security administration team.Lead team supporting Workday Student deployment coordinating both operational and ongoing product implementation. Work with vendor to understand critical gaps and establish roadmap for must have items. Coordinate sprint roadmap with key product sponsors, functional teams and stakeholders. Maintain understanding of all tasks, goals and growth through regular stand up and 1to1 meetings. Negotiate support contracts ensuring growth rates under 3%. Provide coaching of team members to accelerate growth and performance.
