Executed and managed corporate strategy projects focused on PayPal’s global expansion and build-out of offline point-of-sale acceptance. Transitioned to lead the product strategy function, responsible for prioritizing product and development resources; defining product roadmaps; and championing PayPal’s transformation to Agile.• Strategic planning: • Drove annual planning process for 400-person product organization; developed rolling six-quarter product roadmap framework after switch to Agile; and implemented KPI-based prioritization.• Product lifecycle management: Developed criteria to identify products to retire, drove executive decisions on proposals, and implemented recommendations• SMB strategy: Built entry plan for the small and medium business (SMB) point-of-sale (POS) market, resulting in strategic partnerships with several tablet-based POS companies to enable PayPal as a payment option.
