About Pinky Seth

I was born and brought up in India, moving to Canada for a new and adventurous life. I am super Desi when it comes to Cricket, food and Bollywood. I love to read and travel. I volunteer regularly and am passionate about social good and technology. Starting my career in Sales and marketing seemed like a mismatch at first given my master's in Computer Science. However, I immediately recognized the opportunity it presented, to understand the most important assets of any organization; communication skills and people, over the years I have developed a passion for not only being the voice of those who cannot communicate for themselves but also teaching people to communicate effectively. In the business development field, I can do this, by helping people acknowledge the potential within themselves and be able to communicate that effectively to perform better. I love my job! I regularly attend meetups and webinars for that also. At the core, I'm just a mom, and that's all it comes down to. I believe in everyone and their goals as if they were my children. I will bend over backward to help others dreams come true, but I also understand the importance of standing your ground and holding your own - Balance. I do not like pushy people.
