Identify, Verify, and Report on various security incidents

-Worked with Server Admin to locate, evaluate, and migrate remote servers to primary data center based on critical business needs-Evaluate current networking infrastructure (switches, WAPs, etc) at multiple sites and coordinate upgrades and changes to better meet the facility's needs - Administrator in Desktop Central management system: defining IP Scopes and remote offices to ensure faster deployment of new computers, reliable patch management across all computers, and usable remote access for support technicians - Located and tested new thin client hardware and management software that would support Hunting's older ERP systems and could easily transition to the new ERP system- Responsible for deployment of 40+ computers during a tech refresh across multiple facilities and departments- Coordinated with other technicians to update computers form Windows 7 to Windows 10 across multiple sites- Managed one employee that was dedicated to primary Support role and served as back up/Level 2 for that Support role

Provide desktop support for end users in a primarily Windows 10 and Windows 7 environment in Louisiana and other parts of North AmericaBasic troubleshooting of network issues for off-site server teamPerform facility walk through with vendors and identify weak areas in network infrastructure focusing on layer 1 and layer 2Create workstation replacement schedule based on new software requirements and management's needs Work with Procurement staff to ensure the correct hardware is purchased and within set budgetDeployment of desktops, laptops, thin clients, and smart phone based on user and management needsMaintaining asset inventory along with asset records for different business units
