My Work with Securus incorporated two focused duties:As Media Supervisor I am responsible for overseeing and managing digital media QA & Content. Work closely with other digital marketing team members, including digital media planners and vendors, to create, implement and optimize marketing strategies that align with the customers needs.As a game product manager I am responsible for overseeing the acquisition, deployment, and marketing of video games from start to finish. Worked closely with development teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the game is meeting the needs and performance level of the target audience.Key Duties in this position include:Budget Management: Manage the budget for media consumption to ensure that spending aligns with the company's goals and delivers a positive return on investment (ROI). Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital media campaigns across various platforms. This includes setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and making adjustments to optimize results.Marketing Strategy: Develope and execute marketing strategies to promote the game and reach its target audience.Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from marketing analytics to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.Planning and Strategy: Create a digital media plan based on the company's goals, budget, and target audience. Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.Team Management: Manage a team of digital media professionals, to ensure product quality and content meet company guidelines and ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently. This involves providing guidance, support, and training to team members, as well as conducting performance reviews and managing staffing levels.

Key DutiesConducting assessments: Evaluate the needs of inmates by conducting assessments, including mental health and substance abuse screenings, educational and vocational evaluations, and risk assessments.Developing case plans: Develop an assesment based case plan that outlines the specific services and programs that will help the inmate meet their rehabilitation and reentry goals. The case plan may include educational and vocational training, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and other services.Developing policies and procedures: Work with other administrators to develop policies and procedures for the facility, including security protocols, emergency plans, and disciplinary measures.Investigating incidents: Investigate incidents within the facility, such as fights between inmates or allegations of staff misconduct.Maintaining security and order: Maintain security within the facility and preventing disturbances, assaults, or escapes by inmates.Managing reports/logs: Responsible for ensure the accuracy and completion of all facility logs and staff reports as they petain to the facility equipment, supplies, and staffing as well as documentation related to discipline and incidents.Preparing for release: Prepare inmates for reentry into society. This may include coordinating with community-based organizations to provide housing, job training, and other support services.Supervising correctional officers: Oversee the work of correctional officers, ensuring that they carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.Training staff: Train new correctional officers and providing ongoing training to current staff on topics such as safety and security protocols.Key Roles include: Corecctional Security Officer, Correctional Case Manager, Correctional Security Manager I/II (Lieutenent/Captain)
