Spearheaded all facets of the organization including the processing of administrative actions,providing operational oversight and guidance, and overseeing logistics management of missile defense and intelligence teams across six organizational directorates, four special staff sections, and two foreign-based detachments, spread across five installations, eight facilities, and three countries. Acted as principle advisor on administrative, management and operations to all members of organization staff.-Prioritized all organizational resources including personnel, finances, time, equipment, and facilities to ensure training execution, deployment readiness, and ongoing maintenance programs for conflict, crisis, and competition operations. -Supervised multiple firsts, including the deployment of all 278 organization personnel and equipment tostress-test remote operations, and the only joint intercept exercise with Taiwan to ever occur in the US.-Trained 350 organization personnel, through 23 separate training events, on sexual harassment and assault, equal opportunity, corrosive behavior, and violent extremism.-Maintained over $45,000,000 worth of organizational property, and saved the US Government $400,000 by cataloging and returning excess equipment.-Increased the organization's baseline COVID-19 vaccination acceptance rate from 63% to 96.4% through consistent daily messaging, three epidemiological expert-hosted town halls, and countless individual discussions.-Re-imagined and streamlined operations, administrative processes, and operational priorities in response to COVID-19, leading a largely in-person workforce to remote work capability while maintaining compliance with top-level security protocols. New procedures enabled the remote processing of 1430 administrative personnel actions.

Directed and monitored the execution of operations for a space and ballistic missile defense division with more than 4,000 personnel spread across five allied countries and territories, during exercises, contingencies, and peacetime operations. Recommended process and systems changes to higher level leadership in order to streamline operations and adapt to changing circumstances, most notably in response to the pandemic.-Planned and executed 13 exercises and conferences; including 100+ US corporations and 20+ foreign partner nations, in conjunction with 12 subordinate units, joint Air Force and Navy units, and Japanese and South Korean forces, during exercises, contingencies, and peacetime operations.-Processed 657 higher-level operational plans which resulted in publishing 341 organization-wide operational plans that included more than 80 regarding changes resulting from the pandemic, and affected more than 4,000 personnel spread across five allied countries and US territories. -Represented the division at higher-level COVID-19 planning conferences and working groups as the organization’s COVID-19 subject matter expert.-Streamlined plan processing and development by rewriting standard operation procedures and daily workflows to ensure compliance, and complete oversight, of all incoming higher-level operation plans. -Maintained daily reports of organizational capabilities in the region, monitored real-world threats to assess the possibility of regional conflict, and integrated subordinate unit status updates for higher-level leadership.-Graduated from the US Army Leader Development Program in Humanitarian Assistance operations.-Led teams remotely for months due to pandemic requirements, while simultaneously empowering subordinates to take on roles of greater responsibility and authority, resulting in junior-level personnel writing plans and overseeing operations that impacted hundreds of personnel across multiple continents.

Managed daily operations, logistics, maintenance, security, and administrative actions for 35 Army Soldiers, 7 local national personnel, and 130 US Government Contractors, tasked with providing early warning of space and ballistic missile threats to the United States and its allies.-Coordinated site efforts of 172 personnel which resulted in the identification of 26 active North Korean threat events and enabled real-time response capacity for regional and US homeland defense.-Represented the US Government as a contract officer (COR) on six multi-million dollar US Government defense contracts to maintain defense assets valued more than $500,000,000, 350 miles from the nearest support facility.-Educated distinguished visitors on the site's role in regional stability; including Japanese Diet (Congress) members, the Kyoto Prefecture Governor, US congressional staffers, and numerous 3 and 4-star General Officers, to strengthen ties and ensure long-term operational funding. -Managed the planning and execution of eight international training events, four morale, fitness, and welfare events, and 37 community outreach events, including two organization trips to Hiroshima and Nagasaki to learn, understand and appreciate the complex and delicate relationship the US military has developed with Japan since the end of WWII. -Aligned site operations with 10 external US and Japanese general officer-level organizations.-Developed and fostered regional partnerships with seven Japanese military government partners to develop a site security plan that ensures the safety and security of organizational assets to ensure continued operations in the event of contingencies. Incorporated assessments from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the premier foreign security assessment organization within the US Government.

Managed missile defense operations and training of 22 personnel responsible for defending critical US and South Korean defense assets and ensured ongoing maintenance and accountability of platoon equipment valued more than $100,000,000. -Acted as the lead operator of the organization’s ballistic missile defense systems, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness and response capability. -Managed organizational training plans and developed teams, leading to the successful completion of external assessments at the highest achievable rating possible.
