Seth is an experienced broker and market leader in the sale of both single tenant net leased assets as well as shopping centers throughout the Northeast US. His primary focus is the representation of private investors and developers in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. As a trusted advocate and advisor to his clients he repeatedly helps to formulate and target investment goals, uncover appropriate opportunities that are often not publicly available and ultimately help to implement those business strategies or solutions for his clients benefit. Recently elected by the board of directors of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) to the prestigious role of First Vice President Investments, Seth continues to remain focused and dedicated to his clients and the industry. This commitment is evidenced by his unwavering contributions to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), one of the largest retail trade organizations in the world. Seth has held many leadership roles within the organization and was most recently the State Next Generation Chair for ICSC where he oversaw a planning committee responsible for the creation of leading edge educational and networking programs for the retail industry. In those roles he also acted as a mentor to people who are new to the industry and helped to both get them familiar with the industry and to meet others that they can learn from and work with. Seth is recognized as an expert in his field and has been a contributor to real estate publications throughout New England and speaks at retail trade shows and events.
