- Worked with the Employee Engagement team to facilitate a variety of employee-centric projects designed to give meaning and enjoyment to the employee experience. - Lead planning and organization for CoverMyOlympics 2022 - a company-wide week of intentional fun and competition open to all CMM employees. Included organizing events at the Scottsdale, Atlanta, and Louisville office locations- Traveled with members of employee engagement team to visit the winners of CoverMyQuest 2022, a mini-grant program. Included facilitating full video team in order to document the moment winners were informed of their award.
