After more than 25 years at Grant Thornton LLP, I became CEO of the firm I call home. I previously served as the firm’s managing partner for South Florida, which includes offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. As a leader and audit practitioner, my priority is building trust through high-quality, hands-on consulting and a special focus on relationships. I work hard to understand all my colleagues’ and clients’ needs and equip myself with the knowledge necessary to build community and drive results. Lastly, I am passionate about people and the future of the accounting and consulting profession. As a first-generation college graduate, I know how hard aspiring professionals work to achieve their goals and dreams. I am committed to doing the work necessary to build equity and inclusion within the professional-services industry – and to fostering the healthy and caring culture our people need.
