Drafted State Voices planning memos, by analyzing voter and district performance data. Provided analysis to national and state-level State Voices partners. Analyzed previous election results to determine regional and emerging trends. Administered the VAN for several State Voices tables.

Planned and implemented conversion of a propriety site into a SaaS CRM, including evaluating and picking the CRM, configuring, copywriting, managing custom development, and integration to organization goals.

Provided support for dozens of clients including candidates, party committees, ballot measures, labor and progressive organizations with focus on targeting, voter files, data, budgets, research and new media. In-house voter file and list manager. Ran fact-checking process for hundreds of mail pieces. Managed new media campaigns, including full site builds and advertising. Planned and implemented new internal management system for tracking all clients.

Performed day-to-day maintenance on the Presidential site and online tools. Proofed and placed website and email content for main site and micro-sites. Queried and managed lists for email and other programs. Created reports on fundraising, email performance, site statistics, ad performance, and list growth.

Built and implemented “eChapters” program, growing chapter membership 267% (505 chapters to 1372 chapters) and individual membership by 3,600% (2,000 members to 72,000 members). Served as CDA national office liaison to general membership. Helped plan two CDA national conventions, which brought 1,000 CDA members to Boston, and 700 members to Washington. Built statewide CDA leadership teams in 15 states. Wrote the CDA blog and contributed to email program. Worked with Kerry-Edwards state staff to help coordinate College leadership within targeted states.
