Senior User Experience Designer
CurrentAs the Sr. UX Designer at Geoforce, I was tasked with being the UX and Research lead on our core application team as we modernized and reimagined our 10 year old legacy applications. Our UX team of two was responsible for high level tasks like casting long term company and product vision, influencing roadmap decisions, and presenting research and design regularly to our c-suite. Our efforts resulted in:- 64% reduction of software reason for cause of churn or loss of sale.- 100% reduction of UX reason for cause of churn or loss of sale.As the research lead in collaboration with the PM, I was responsible for developing research strategy and execution on each project. I facilitated interviews with customers, analyzed and synthesized both qualitative and quantitative data in order to influence my own design decisions to best serve our users daily operations.
