As the head of sales, I transformed existing operations within the North American Wholesale Sales Dept. This involved developing and implementing standard operating procedures, the sales business model, and the recruiting and training framework company-wide. The company has seen exponential growth and continues to benefit from its new strategic direction. As an executive team member, I was involved in crucial decision-making while encouraging the company’s workforce to embrace change and today’s technological advances. In addition to leading the sales team, I integrated and administered new IT systems, telephony infrastructure, software platforms, and hardware.
