As an engineering intern on the Growth team, I built tools to help the team operate at scale. – Automated the creation of client’s technical integration checklist by developing a micro service to read client survey responses and generate task list. Reduced manual effort of Onboarding team by injecting tasks directly into project management tool. Service currently rolled out across Braze’s global Onboarding teams based in New York, San Francisco, and London. – Designed and programmed internal tools for Solution Architecture team to reduce time and effort required for technical setup of email and SMS messaging channels for new clients.– Developed customer-facing browser extension to assist Braze clients in standardizing their naming conventions across marketing campaigns. – Created internal training web app and tutorial to allow new employees to test Braze’s web SDK methods without background in web development.
