I am currently a senior studying Marketing at Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. At the moment I am a intern at Ashley Corporate creating efficient training practices for onboarding employees as well as those looking to be cross trained in different areas. I am someone who enjoys setting goals for myself and focuses on a growth mindset. Before my current internship I was a trainer at Target. I was training about one new employee every two weeks and in my year doing that, the total sales in my department increased by 27%. Throughout my time in the workplace I have gained managerial experience, training experience, and the ins and outs of creating a customer experience. I believe my experiences can contribute to the growth of the company.
