Day to day responsibilities: • Acting as a liaison between vendors and consultants.• Follow Marketing Strategy for best results.• Finding relevant opportunities for candidates.• Cold calls & Emails.• Co-ordinate with vendor’s on Submissions, Feedbacks, Rates, Interviews, Offer’s, First Day.• Utilizing Internet-based recruitment tools/Job Portals.• Document day to day work done, maintained and reported the appropriate data to the higher management.Candidate responsibilities:• Involved in the complete life cycle of candidate marketing.• Building relationships with candidates.• Understanding of the candidates’ background, skills, wants and needs.• Finding relevant and suitable opportunities.Vendor/Recruiter responsibilities:• Establish and Build long-term professional relationship with Vendors/Recruiters from different companies.• Creating and maintaining a vendor database.• Understand the client job description and get additional information if required.• Selecting the right candidate for the opportunity, I.e., checking if the candidate suits the JD, and checking candidate availability, location, current interviews/offers in the pipeline to make the right decision in selection.
