Managed a team of Executive Advisors in CEB's strategy and management practice while also directing the $20 M Corporate Strategy Board (CSB) program, including its research agenda, client events and deliverables. Directed research teams on topics such as deal-making in a volatile economy and planning under uncertainty. Authored provocative reports on scenario planning, recovery indicators, and catalyzing business model change. Trained and developed more than ten Executive Advisors in strategy content, and presentation and facilitation skills.

On-call expert advisor to strategy team clients. Teacher and facilitator of CSB's research on strategy, planning and acquisitions across a variety of executive education forums including peer executive seminars, interactive onsite working sessions with individual client teams, and briefings to leadership teams. Facilitated more than 250 client workshop sessions on a broad range of topics, and designed and led growth strategy workshops for more than 25 C-level executive teams at companies including Burberry, ExxonMobil, Jack in the Box, NCR, Rockwell Collins, Telstra and WL Gore.

Lead project manager and author for several signifcant studies for the CEB's strategy and planning practice area, including work on emerging models for fast-cycle strategic decision making, how to challenge out-of-date strategy assumptions, and how established industry incubments dealt with the first wave of e-commerce disruptors. Led the research and writing of CSB's landmark Stall Points study, an examination of why once-successful growth companies fail.
