Responsible for Cisco and Windows server network system that included Windows 2003 Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix Metaframe, and SQL servers for a $24 million state agency. Planned, configured, and maintained Symantec Enterprise Vault e-mail archive system. Installed and maintained Symantec Backup Exec for company disaster recovery plan. Assisted in creating and maintaining two websites for multi-agency and local government: www.lowerplatte.org and www.lpsnrd.org. Responsible for deployment of new technologies and upgrades of existing systems to meet employee needs. Assisted with computer-based flood warning system, which tracks gage heights, precipitation, and water flow for flood conditions, for Lancaster County in conjunction with United States Geological Survey (USGS). Provided training and support to all staff on various software and hardware.

Assisted with network system and technical support for servers and workstations. Performed hardware and software maintenance on servers and workstations. Setup and maintained E-mail accounts on Exchange and Outlook 2000.
