Developed an Online Certification Course in Financial Management and Management Accounting in collaboration with Dr. AvinashSinha, Assistant Professor at Birla Institute of Technology. Successfully configured a Learning Management System (LMS) to effectively oversee the course. Managed the entire project lifecycle, including idea generation, proposal drafting, development, execution, and marketing. Accomplished content creation, video recording, audio recording, motion graphics generation, and website development and management. The primary challenge was creating a Flagship Level Course with a team of just two members and limited allocated funds.

Successfully executed multiple projects with a focus on resource optimization. Managed end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, including client meetings, requirement gathering, website management, digital marketing, and graphic design. Applied Lean Management principles as a core strategy throughout the project work.
