I started in the Energy Business sector immediately after college and experienced multiple positions within the corporation over 37 years. My early positions were in vegetation management of electric transmission Rights-of-Way, then on to Six Sigma where I led multiple teams in identifying all aspects of work processes leading to statistically proven improvements. I also supervised members of the ROW Services group managing encroachment requests, both commercial and residential. Later, I assisted Project Managers in the financial budgeting and closing of large electric transmission projects.My last ten years have been in the Electric Transmission Construction group. Primarily overseeing a large group of field personnel experts in environmental, forestry and civil site work. Immense experience was gained in interviewing, hiring, contract language, technical writing, claims disputes and training. All aspects of my career have exposed me to public interaction, both private and governmental, enabling me to excel in communication, conflict resolution and writing skills.
