APQP,PPAP,PFD,CP,PFMEA,SPC,MSA, Capacity Study, Machine Proveout, Feasibility and CAPEX plan

 Responsible for both Process design and New Product development. Responsible for all aspects of process engineering including tool design, revision and optimization of manufacturing process. Responsible for New product development starting from initial manufacturing feasibility, raw material procurement, capacity analysis, process prove out, pilot lot run and hand over to production.  Creation of 3D/2D Manufacturing drawings, Model assembly drawings (Tool layout), Stage drawings etc. Update and review engineering drawings, documents and revision control based on ECN request. Creation and maintain engineering documents such as BOM, process drawings, test specifications, WIs/SOP and inspection procedures etc.  Preparing documents such as APQP timing line (5 Phases), Development plan, PFMEA, Process flow diagram (PFD), Control Plan and PPAP documents etc. Responsible for Pillar die set design and tool design like die, punch, spacer, ejector, machine bolster plate, thrust pad, clamp ring etc. Effectively planning and executing the projects as per design and CSR. Good ability to read technical drawings (Blue print) and knowledge in GD&T ASME Y14.5 M-1994. Performing Root cause analysis on customer complaints and Participate in CFT meeting. Providing tool drawings and specifications for manufacturing activities to tool room. Design of Jig, Fixtures and gages for new development products. Knowledge in the selection of Tool steel materials for cold forging operation. Good understanding of manufacturing process such as cold forging, heat treatments, conventional and non-conventional machining process etc

01. Maintaining the Line production, ensuring as per all quality standards to met.02. Changing the setting in forging and gun drilling machines and attending the problems in line.03. Reductions in quality defects as per drawing.04. Experience in the implementation of 5S concepts.
