In this role, I worked on the following.1. I built and delivered ASP.NET C#, Angular JS solution to the cross business Sales Team, to adjust Sales P&L.2. As a member of the team, I participated in the third line support of an array of realtime batch systems, such as CashLadders, BalanceManager, OrgManager, Trading Adjustment Manager etc. These solutions were written in C# ASP.Net thin clients (with SQL Server) and scheduled through enterprise Control+M software.

Migration of legacy CFD and Spreadbet SQL Server 2000 databases from IFX Markets Ltd. and CityIndex Ltd. to the brand new SQL Server 2005 database for G2 trading system. As the database was in SQL Server, Key technologies included SQL Server 2005 T-SQL stored procedures, SSIS packages. Also used C# 2.0 win services and VB Script to help the migration through various data transformations required.Design and build of End-Of-Day (EOD) Batch services for the new G2 system, which is responsible for producing summarised P&L, market risk exposure reports for the back-office operations team, and daily contract notes/statements for all of our active trading clients. Key technologies included C#, Winforms and win-services SQL Server 2005 T-SQL stored procedures and VB Script. - The win service(s) built in C#, was responsible for capturing market prices, daily fx rates, calculating daily equity interests and applying daily financing on markets. - The Winforms C# app could be used to execute the EOD in non-automated controlled mode. - The SQL Server stored procedures captured a day’s transaction from G2 database into a separate EOD database, where as the C# and VB script were responsible for data extraction and necessary equity interest calculation. - The indexes on EOD database was tuned to produce 40000 Contract Notes/Statements in 4hrs (3 pdf documents in a second). - Build and migrate the existing partners Sales Website to reflect the brand new G2 systems. - Key technologies includes ASP.Net in C#.
