A project by Ministry of Civil Aviation wherein the airlines were bidding for viability gap funding(subsidy). My role was to understand the requirement, write the SRS, test the product developed , demonstrate to the client and conduct the actual bidding.2) Spectrum Auction - A project of Department of telecom. Conducted two spectrum auction worth 77 thousand Crore and 1.5 lakh crore. The first 5G spectrum auction of the country.My role - Submitting the tenser in which the organisation got selected as the auction service provider and advisor to the depart of telecom, after the selection, I was the team lead for the project as well. Understood the requirement, got the software developed from scratch, tested the product, obtained STQC certification , provided handholding to the Bidders, demonstrated the portal infront of highest authority in the ministry and conducted the high stakes auction successfully.3) Coal block auctions - Auction of Coal block for Minstry of Coal. Conducted coal block auctions for multiple tranches over the years successfully.4) DEEP portal - Portal for Discovery of efficient electricity pricing developed for Minstry of Power wherein Gencom bid for short term, medium term and long term PPA WITH discoms.My role was to understand the requirement and get the portal developed as per the understanding, get signoff from the client and test the Portal, and provide hand holding to the stakeholders after go-live.
