- Provide cross functional production support to our associates for WMS, TMS, and MIF to work efficiently- Perform root cause analysis on issues reported by Business team and provide timely solutions, if bug found report it to our vendor- Design, develop, and maintain SCI Cognos Reports as required by Business and IT teams as alerts or data- Analyze Reports for all the applications for any discrepancies that point to an issue- Install new updates of applications on QA servers and perform regression test to confirm all functionalities- Deploy updates to the applications on go live days that passed our strict quality control processes- Lead calls with vendors and report/get updates about all the pending open cases- Train and support warehouse workers on the application (WMS) and on RF devices- Develop programs to enhance Supply Chain Systems- Manage multiple task and projects while working with other teams members to keep things moving

-My team maintains and develops UPS's Warehouse software which is responsible for receiving orders from our customers and relaying them to the correct warehouse and then further relaying them to specific person to retrieve the package and then send it to its destination. - Me and another Intern made an Hybrid App using Apache Cordova for an existing Web Application- With features like Barcode Scanner, GPS Tracking, Request Handling, and Turn by Turn Direction.- UPS drivers can use the app to keep track of all the packages they picked up and delivered - Managers to request additional jobs that drivers can accept/reject- Users/Customers can log in to pin point where their package is- Made a barcode scanner for RF Gun
