As the Chief Medical Officer at Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, I am responsible for the quality, safety, equity, finance, and strategy of the healthcare system, TPA, Pharmacy, PBM, and self-funded, self-insured health plans for a large employer and a sovereign Tribal Nation.My mission is to practice, prevent, and promote mindful medicine, business, and life, using my expertise in population health, digital health, value-based insurance design, and value-based contracts.
