As General Ledger Control and Reporting Manager , my responsibilities are :Leading the Reporting Team through monthly closing process, to submit monthly/quarterly/& annual reports. Coordinating with all finance teams to maintain proper accounting records/information in Ledge. Preparing ad-hoc financial information requests from superior, management or group reporting team. Financial Statements Analysis (by providing information for management analysis purpose) Leading the team for day-to-day activities.

Coordinate the correct and timely issuance of the financial statements of the countries of the Asia countries, supervise each accounting responsible, ensuring proper compliance with established policies and procedures for the issuance of the financial statements and internal control, as well as ensuring that the additional information required to be delivered by the required dates, Provide technical support regarding the implementation & adjustment of IFRS and policies responsible countries. Formulate, develop and monitor policies and procedures to its charge, ensuring its proper implementation in Asia countries

Manage Financial Management team to provide accurate & timely Financial & Management Report, Treasury & Acct Payable management, in compliance with both internal & external Audit, Legal,& Statutory requirments. Maintain & enhance Fin Control to safeguards company’s assets

Oversee & fully in charge on Finance & Accounting daily transaction and Full set account in Monthly Reporting, ensuring all Financial Report is inline with GAAP & Local Statutory requirement,

Implement Accounting, financial and control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate (UPM Kymmene & UPM Raflatac) requirements, Monthly Reporting , Fin Acct & Admin management

Ensure Monthly Financial Report is delivered on time with highest accuracy in Inventory, Payable. Cost Manufacturing Analysis, & Cost Control
