• Create and maintain project specific databases, spreadsheets and daily reports• Ensure and verify accuracy of closeout documentation, crew management and coordination• Collection and review of data, sweeps, photos, optical fiber integrity, inspections, and site acquisition information• Facilitate gathering of in-field updates from various sources in order to create a complete site overview of site status• Deliver exceptional level of quality, delivery, and cost management to complex and time critical projects• Fiber inspections using JDSU & ODM Optical Equipment• LTE, UMTS, GSM, PCS & CDMA installation, integration, and optimization of all technology frequencies• Program and calibrate RET Hardware and Software• Perform site walks, audits, and create punch lists to ensure quality, performance, reliability• Simultaneously manage multiple jobs and crews• Support field personnel in troubleshooting, servicing and repair of site specific equipment• Inspections of ropes, lines, equipment, rigging, and fall protection equipment• Consultations with engineering personnel to resolve problems in system operations, Radio Frequency dispersal, antenna positioning, to maintain peak site performance • Ensure that sites are in compliance with city, state, and federal codes• Schedule all building and electrical inspections, permits, and site documentation• Inspire crews to work safely and efficiently• Identify possible problems and site specific issues before they become costly to the company, client, or vendor• Deployment of field personnel, crews, site tracking, verification, and project management• Verify RSSI, VSWR, DELTA and values are correctly maintained
