- carrying out pest control & fumigation exercises for clients- engaged in industrial cleaning of commercial facilities i.e. offices, warehouses - providing residential fumigation for estates

- Tracking & Maintenance of buses & trucks to be used during activations across the country- Connecting with vendors on addition use of support vehicles during special events- Routine spot checks on activation sites during planned events

- Market company time share concept of U.K properties to customers.- Develop business plan to attract specific client base.- Brainstorm with colleagues on offering unique packages to prospective and serviced clients.

- Logistics planning & procurement of office supplies.- Maintenance of Company Property/ Routine inspection of office equipments.- Ensures vendors deliver to schedule in the right quantity and meets the minimum requirements for quality assurance standards.- Documentation of assigned business transactions- Effective time schedule management of office car fleet amongst departments on official assignment.- Reconciliation of staff expenses and other administrative tasks required in line with corporate standards.

- Providing detailed tour of all facilities available to clients at the centre- Respond to inquiries and complaints by guests and clients in a timely & professional manner- Notify staff about all changes made regarding preparation for scheduled events- Collation of client feedback on perceived needs and expectations also analysis of questionnaire data to be reviewed by management.- Updating the yearly business planner on upcoming events to hold at the centre- Inspection of equipments and preparation of other materials to be used by clients ahead of scheduled meetings, events or programmes - Front desk is manned during operational hours (9am -5pm) and phone inquiries answered within 45seconds of first ring.
