1. Ecotoxicological Assessment Study of BPFL as a Plastic AlternativeThis study investigates the toxicity of BPFL using water fleas (Daphnia magna). It follows OECD guidelines No. 202 and 211 to measure both acute toxicity (immobilization of D. magna) and long-term toxicity (reproduction rates). Additionally, the study detects Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) to assess the stress levels in D. magna caused by toxicity.2. Toxicity Assessment Study of Co-exposure to Silver Ions and MicroplasticsThis study evaluates the toxicity of simultaneous exposure to silver ions and microplastics using Daphnia magna. It aims to understand the interactions between these substances in a co-exposure scenario. SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) and EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) are used for component analysis and concentration measurements.

Participated in the overall process of drafting the carbon neutrality strategy report for Korea University Hospital.1. Data Collection: Visited Korea University Anam Hospital to obtain data on electricity and gas usage over the past three years, as well as energy management data.2. Analysis and Problem Identification: Analyzed energy consumption data by usage type to determine whether energy is being used efficiently in each category.3. Selection of Reduction Measures: Reviewed over 30 papers related to zero-energy buildings domestically and internationally to propose a carbon neutrality strategy for the hospital.4. Prediction of Reduction Effects: Predicted the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by applying various carbon neutrality methodologies and conducted an economic evaluation (cost-benefit analysis).5. Developing strategy: Developed a strategy for Korea University Hospital to effectively achieve carbon neutrality by applying appropriate methodologies in the short, medium, and long term.

The abnormal weather conditions caused by climate change increase the occurrence of wildfires and natural disasters such as landslides. Therefore, I am responsible for assessing and managing climate risks using GIS (geographic information systems) tools.1. Analyze where to install communication towers in mountainous areas to reduce climate risk for a telecommunications company.2. Identify rural villages that are at high risk during landslides and propose management solutions.3. Contribute to refining the wildfire risk analysis model.
