My mission in China is to implement the best international practices for the management and operation of a portfolio of more 70 sites, accompany and train the local teams in order to obtain high level of professionalism concerning Property Management, to promote and realize the implementation of refurbishment and extension of our existing sites. To work in transverse mode with regions and provide solutions and professionalism by increasing the level of requirements and delivering best methods and practices.

Member of Immochan Russia Director's BoardMy role is to be responsible for the overall management, marketing and operational performance of Shopping Centers located in Russia. Also, to take in charge, from the conception to post opening period the biggest shopping center of Auchan's group ( Aquarelle, in the city of Volgograd, 90000 sqm GLA, more thant 200 billions euros investment). My mission in Russia is is to implement the best international practices for the management and operation of a portfolio of more 50 sites, accompany and train the local teams in order to obtain high level of professionalism concerning Property Management, to realize the implementation of refurbishment for historical sites (10 billions euros). To increase level of requirements and delivering best methods and practices, and accompany strongly the new team. For marketing's perimeter : - operational marketing included shopping experience, promotion, communication and events, grand openings - Corporate's communication and projects communications - International coordination and Marketing best practices sharing- Management of the team - 30 people - Strategic Marketing : production of market surveys, projects sizing, strategic positionning, tenant's mix and leasing action plans- Production marketing : conception and architecture of new projects, customer journey Also, to launch the Specialty Leasing's project, mainly for big sites. Target 1 million euros after 3 years, by optimization of the common parts.

Shopping Center Management of Parly 2 ( Le Chesnay, near Versailles) - Responsible for penal for all security aspects - Co-ownership management, head of property and operation- Coordination of a large project of reburshiment and extenstion of this site ( MEuros 200), including local lobbying, obtention of local authorization, marketing positionning, design- Operational Marketing ; communication, anination, PR, customer journey for budget 1.8 Meuros - In charge of preparation of the 40th Year's Old of the Shopping Center and the marketing re-launch strategy and program - Budgets : elaboration, management and follow up of investments and for common charges, 5 year's plan, energy saving strategy and contribution for annual business's plan- Sustainable Policy - Management of the team : 8 people - Supervision of all local suppliers for cleaning, security and maintenance.
