Also, to take in charge, from the conception to post opening period the biggest shopping center of Auchan's group ( Aquarelle, in the city of Volgograd, 90000 sqm GLA, more thant 200 billions euros investment). My mission in Russia is is to implement the best international practices for the management and operation of a portfolio of more 50 sites, accompany and train the local teams in order to obtain high level of professionalism concerning Property Management, to realize the implementation of refurbishment for historical sites (10 billions euros). To increase level of requirements and delivering best methods and practices, and accompany strongly the new team. For marketing's perimeter : - operational marketing included shopping experience, promotion, communication and events, grand openings - Corporate's communication and projects communications - International coordination and Marketing best practices sharing- Management of the team - 30 people - Strategic Marketing : production of market surveys, projects sizing, strategic positionning, tenant's mix and leasing action plans- Production marketing : conception and architecture of new projects, customer journey Also, to launch the Specialty Leasing's project, mainly for big sites.
