Regenerative Design Group is a worker-owned ecological design practice founded in 2009 dedicated to creating productive landscapes and resilient communities. We work across scales, offering innovative, practical, and flexible solutions for individuals, institutions, and communities. Our capacity for interdisciplinary thinking is informed by our backgrounds in ecology, regenerative agriculture, conservation, architecture, and education. Nutwood Farm is a regenerative agroforestry farm growing hybrid hazelnuts, chestnuts, and other perennial edible tree crops on traditional Mohican lands, present-day Cummington, MA. Our goal is to provide delicious, nutrient dense foods for our community while enhancing the fertility, diversity and resilience of the ecosystem we inhabit. We are passionate about helping to shift our local food system towards regenerative agriculture and working to develop long-term community food sovereignty and bold economic sufficiency in our community.
