Assistant store manager for a private practice that has been in Ann Arbor, MI for well over 60 years. I'm also an optician and the buyer for our location. I oversee the entire optical department of our office. As the buyer I get to meet with the numerous representatives of eyewear companies (and brands) to choose product that best fits the everyday needs of our patients, as well as keeping them stylish, comfortable and happy. Gained knowledge by shadowing numerous salesman throughout my short tenure with the company, and in some cases, helped boost their productivity by suggesting add on items to the customer that the salesman may have overlooked due to the high volume of walk-ins during business hours.
