- Primarily a “Technical Support” role for our POSperfect Retail Point of Sale software.- Management responsibility for achieving performance targets.- Work alongside “Cypos”, a leading supplier of Retail and POS systems.- Install and configure Windows based PC and Server systems with variety of POS Peripheral equipment.- Provide low-level local support for our POS Software liaising with support from development and management staff in Australia & New Zealand.- IT tasks include but are not limited to: Testing, Installation and Configuration, Troubleshooting, Training.- Demonstrations and Sales functions will generally be handled by the Distributor but occasional demonstrations and sales oriented work will be required.- Maintain company records including basic accounting functions and contracts with assistance as required from local.- Track all job details to account for all time worked.
