Roles and Responsibilities :- • New part evaluation.• Process & Material change part evaluation.• Regular product functional check & testing.• Conducting Pressure pulsation test for Heatercore, Radiator, Reserve tank, Condenser &Evaporator. • Conducting Continuous pressure test (Creep) for Radiator & Reserve tank.• Conducting Performance test for Heatercore, Evaporator & Seat ventilation servomotor. • Conducting Cyclic corrosion, CASS & Salt spray test.• Conducting Thermal shock test. • Conducting Mode air leak, Case air leak, RAM pressure & Air distribution test for FrontHVAC, Rear HVAC & Rear Cooler. • Conducting Noise level check & Vibration test for Front blower motor, Rear blower motor& Seat ventilation servomotor using FFT analyzer. • Inspecting & analyzing the field claim rejected parts. • Investigation report preparation (FTA) & submission to customers. • Analyzing the manufacturing issues & implementation of countermeasures.• Submitting Warranty cost share ratio to customers on regular basis. • Discussion with customers regarding the NTF & External rejected parts & submitting thewarranty cost notification for unfair debits. • Conducting GO & SEE activity for newly launched vehicles & submitting the investigationreports within the Early detection & Early resolution target. • Follow-ups with Other group companies & suppliers related to part investigation status.

Roles and Responsibilities :- • Conducting Process audits for the processes like Machining & Fabrication.• Assessment of new supplier & Responsible for establishment of Supplier Quality assurance through vendor & deployment of ACE QMS at supplier end.• Preparing Quality plan for all critical parts in SAP and Inspection as per the sampling plan.• Verification of Inspection Reports & Material Test Certificates.• Conducting Dock audits for the critical parts.• Involving in Supplier Development & Improvement Activities such as Process change, Implementation of Gauges & Fixtures, educating the GD&T parameters, Basic Inspection Methods and 5s related activities at Supplier end and Etc. • Conducting Monthly Quality Review meeting with the supplier top management.• Associating with CFT for New Product Development. Marking & inspecting the NPD Components.• Ensure daily NCR (Non-Conformance Report) clearance as per process defined and reviewing the 8D / CAPA report and monitoring the effectiveness.• Quality Improvements on warranty failure components.• Visual and Dimensional Inspection of Casting & Forging parts.• Participating in quality circle events.• Attending the Assembly Complaints & Troubleshooting the issues.• Having experience & Good Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA regarding Quality Management Transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities :-• My Role was as a VMC Machine Operator and was working in VISION WIDE TECH Machine which was imported from Taiwan.• Machining the Royal Parts (A Class) of CNC Machine such as Bed, Column,Housings and so on.• After the Machining of Parts was used to Inspect the parts as per the Customer Drawing and was verifying as per the specification.
