Reporting to CEO and Chairman and leading a team of 37 people who are responsible for the below activities GENERAL ACCOUNTING /TAX * Processing of financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data * Maintaining and updating the hierarchies in the general ledger and managing cost centers * Coordinating and executing the closing of the books and the consolidation * Recording and controlling the physical records and financial activities related to the corporation’s fixed assets for book and tax purposes. * Applying receipt of payments to client accounts and identifying accounts for collection * Issue reliable tax reporting of current and deferred tax B/S, P/L and cash Flow per legal entity and group level. * Ensure to comply with all tax obligations with tax authorities. Includes the following activities for Corporate Tax, WHT, VAT and other Indirect Tax, payroll taxes TREASURY / CASH MANAGEMENT * Financial risk management (currency, terms) * Managing bank accounts, account transfers and related account transaction processing REPORTING AND CONTROLLING * Setting and maintaining of the profit and cost centers of the company and month-close cycles * Billing and invoicing business customers * Reporting on IFRS standards * Preparing and reviewing monthly business earnings, understanding drivers of performance and providing interpretive financial information to support decision making * Preparing and analyzing monthly performance * Comparing actual versus forecasted, budgeted, and historical results * Meeting with business units to discuss business performance and review implications of information presented in reports PURCHASING * Setting and maintaining of the purchasing rules and month-close cycles * Order processing and strategy HUMAN RESOURCES AND PAYROLL MANAGEMENT * Setting and maintaining of the HR strategy and policy * Payroll management

Reporting to Global SL and CFO BUDGETING, CONTROLLING AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING ACTIVITIES * Apply SL specifics rules and regulations to align with Group budgeting and closing guidelines* Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting* Ensure that effective internal controls* Ensure strong cash and related KPIs management* Provides leadership in the development for the continuous of short and long-term strategic financial objectives* Measure and control operational results and cost-base of the SL* Approve bids financials* Ensure consistency of financial information and control closing* Present detailed results to the Business* Report result to the Global SL/CFO* Support operational functions in the analyses of their activities and ensure a performance framework with steering tools* Support decision-makers evaluations of financial costs, risks and alternatives* Implement GBU/Country specifics CAPEX process to enforce efficient investments management* Calculate and sign off Standard Cost Rate* Analyze to ensure top savings and other improvement activities are materializing in P&L* Validate HR reporting to ensure overall logic with reported numbers. * Leading the commercial team of 3 people in terms of commercial delivery of the projects; 60 projects for including billing, collection and accounts payable transactions* Preparation of the yearly budget for the business unit; monthly forecast and outlook figures * Managing the Execute Tender Analysis in order to validate the business assumptions with respect to pricing, savings, benefit sharing, asset and people transfer, baseline volumes, Terms and Conditions, * Ensure regular and meaningful reporting on the account finances with respect to revenues, costs, business assets, cash flows, EVA and the headcount, both to the account organization within the standard organization, and (as required) to the customer.* Following up the profit & loss positions of the accounts and sectors, creating reports for management* Leading payroll and time reporting* Setting financial strategy * Ensure regular operational efficiency reporting* Financial risk management and reporting* Investment and asset management

* Working with the Project manager in a project idea in determining the feasibility and profitability of the project, through making some basic preliminary assumptions, calculations and research for go / no go decision* Determining the project costs, prices and EVA and EBIT values as input to proposals, coordinating the production of the proposal with Solution Design Authority and Account Executive Teams.* Ensuring the integrity of the proposal and consistency between the proposal and financial pricing model.* Acting as the bridge between the operations and the business plan ensuring that the plan and all relevant analysis are made in the appropriate format and using the appropriate data in order for the operations to be able to perform their function effectively and efficiently.* Following up the profit & loss positions of the accounts and sectors, creating reports for Sales Management about the actual and forecasted figures of the sectors in order to support management on sector strategies. * Follow up of payment conditions of the Project* Performing the monthly closure activities, preparing the required booking documents/invoices, performing the intracompany cost transfer* Leading the contracting phase for customers and third-parties
