Determining necessary tests for product approval, performing, following up, assessing, and reporting them.• Executing the engineering change management process.• Executing APQP processes and contributing to the preparation of PPAP files.• Leading IATF 16949 internal and external audit activities for two main processes: new design and first approval process of the products. • Working coordinately with the quality department, analyzing customer complaints, and generating solutions.• To prepare application documents for support programs such as TübitakTeydeb, Global Supply Chain, Ministry of Economy Design Incentives, etc. within the scope of R&D projects. To carry out design, and R&D studies, to create monitoring reports, to maintain records of all receivables and to prepare monthly records for all grant activities.• To carry out the patent application process, to prepare the relevant images and descriptions, when there is a study that is the subject of a patent or utility model.• Taking an active role in the design of all modules (sales, purchasing, shipping, warehouse, planning, engineering, production, document management, project management, quality control and assurance, booking and accounting) in the ERP program and providing support regarding the process.• Steering the integration of the current MES (Manufacturing Execution Software) to the ERP.

R&D Engineer-To provide training aid for fully automatic solid and liquid liquefaction system-Design of various capacities and educational uses system, model assembly and preparation of manufacturing drawings-Assembling documents for sub-industry manufacturing parts, preparing assembly and technical drawings, equipment of product trees, following the current status of product trees,-All documentation and optimization of assembly and manufacturing drawings-Stainless steel construction, sheet metal and machining parts manufacturers,It follows the SAP Erp product software, the working of the codes, the maintenance of the routes, the evaluation of the products and product drawings, the archiving of the correct drawings in SAP, the revision status of the projects.-Preparation of 3D/2D data with Vault PDM system, preparation of technical drawings, modeled moldings, up-to-dateness of necessary documents and data, and processing the system
