As a first-generation immigrant, I am no stranger to learning new languages and forms of communication. I developed a passion for creative and data-driven storytelling. I am bilingual in Albanian and English. I studied criminal justice and public policy for four years at the University of Guelph, investigating Canada's social and political issues. Some of the policy topics I analyzed were racial injustices to Black and Indigenous peoples and violence against women.
