I have been working for Visemar di Navigazione / Visemar Levante as Deck Officer.I had one contract on their cargo ro-ro Vessel: Frijsenborg.My sea experience with this company was in Biscay, Irish Sea and English Channel.As Deck Officer I was first delegated to the ship's bookkeeping, crew changes and firefighting inspection and maintenance. Then I took the role in Navigation undertaking the ECDIS updates and route planning, GMDSS checks and tests and carried on with the firefighting inspection and maintenance.During port stay I had to assist the Chief Officer during cargo operations, and in maneuvering I had to coordinate the aft station team for mooring operations.
