CurrentRole;Strategic and Program Management: In-charge of country programs: Health, Education,Child development and youth programs. Prioritization of resource allocation across projects. Organizational risk management both contractual and program. Managing country program growth and development including environmental and Programmatic expansion procedures. Operations management: Designing and Developing Training and orientation for Youth, Volunteers, Host Projects and Host family,Design program/project annual plans and budgets for Tanzania program. Organizing Meetings and Maintaining good communication with Body of Managers of International Cultural Exchange program office in Berlin (ICYE), United Planet main office Boston and Volunteer Sending Country Coordinators in European countries.Development and implementation of United Planet Tanzania country strategic plans. Coordination and communication between Volunteers Host projects, support systems and Country coordinator. Dealing Monitoring, evaluation and Learning of country programs.Doing Capacity development of community/local /development partners. Management of program staff including staff recruitment and development. Supervising, facilitating and supporting field teams of volunteers and staff in maintaining good relationships between schools teachers, children Centres and other related staff.Coordination of procurement including negotiating and managing contracts. Representation roles: Developing potential and strategic partnerships and communication with other stakeholders (local partners; government and donor partners). Ensuring programs and partnerships are consistent with United Planet Tanzania and Boston vision, mission statement and values. Development and submission of country/program/project reports based on donor specifications/regiments.Development and implementation of United Planet fundraising strategy.
