I constantly reinvent myself, following my family across the world twice. I started my working life using my formal doctorate education in textile engineering for about 8 years in R&D. After two kids, two years abroad, and a new cooking degree, I discovered the cooking and catering industry until Covid hit. During that pause I realized that I could marry work and passion becoming the St Louis adult Tennis League coordinator, for USTA, applying my analytical, organizational and detail oriented skills to this non profit company with great enthusiasm.2.5 years later I am back working in a kitchen and loving it!
