Brands: Botanic, Fleurs et Plantes du Lac, Médor et Compagnie In a context of upgrading the IS, my function consists in recruiting, structuring and developing a team of 33 people, 8 service providers, 120 suppliers - Elaboration and management of a Budget of 13 Million euros, 3770 invoices My Main Missions successfully carried out:- Development of a master plan based on an investment plan- Definition and implementation of an IS strategy in line with the corporate vision- Management of the DSI with 174 stores and 2500 users.- Reinforcement of the infrastructure base and renewal on Premise- Reorganization of the DSI with the hiring of 15 people in 1 year- Creation of new departments: Data, Security, DPO, Service Center ( Itil)- Industrialization of IT processes, implementation of urbanization- Construction and animation of a digital transformation plan over 5 years

In a context of upgrade of our information systems, my job consists in piloting and taking care of all functional and technical aspects of all IT programs while respecting the Komatsu Group’s strategy.In March 2019, I have successfully deployed: SAP, CRM (Salesforce), a Web Portal. My Main mission was to:• Analyze needs and help the persons in charge of processes to draft the functional specifications• Analyze the Supply Chain processes in association with Montabert business board of directors• Make the study of the ROI and the risks and build a contingency plan for all projects• Draft specifications and calls for tender in association with the indirect purchases,• Pilot external suppliers,• Pilot the deployment of the solutions (management of the stakes in production)• Pilot the execution of the projects;• Guarantee the respect of the milestones• Assure the monitoring of the budget of the projects • Assure the reporting associated with the progress of the projects to the steering committee• Manage the ressources ( 15 key users, consultants and 20 Group business analysts)• Organize the production of training media & materials• Coordinate the translation of training material• Support the users • Pilot the change management • • Optimize and develop the information system in coherence with business processes and in adequacy with the group IT strategy IT • Be the relay of the Group projects • Guarantee the evolution of information systems in the respect with the group rules

• Elaboration and implementation of the vision and strategy, definition of the RACI, decentralization of the Master's degree dated in subsidiaries, technological watch, service automation allowing the reallocation of 4 people the control of data., Feasibility study of a MDM with the aim of the automation of the service. Study of extension of the governance perimeter. • Management of 12 people: reorganization of the service and developed skills to become an expert service recognized in the supply chain and in affiliates • Piloting Multi- cross-functional Projects systems and multi- services to develop the group performance including the PLM implementation concerning data reliability. •  BI reports elaboration: Collect , analyze and prioritize relevant pieces of customer information, by ensuring adoption of consistent process/methodologies/source data. Proactively identify actions to capture values and develop BI queries. • SAP deployment and process design and optimization in central and through 10 affiliates Result: definition of the data creation flows , governance set up and controls of the data. Creation and implementation of Kpis for the direction.• Optimization of SAP business processes: support during 6 months of supply chain businesses : trainings, tools, routines set up to meet the deadlines of creation and ensure a delivery in stores. Results no more stop in production and increase of the supply chain operational efficiency.

• Management of a pole of 6 IT consultants• Agile scrum and Kanban training to DR&BI teams• Support to Purchase dept. regarding BI specifications and queries • Definition of the specifications of the Supplier Resource Management tool in collaboration with the supply dept. Worldwide• Benchmark and POC with IT suppliers and Business Intelligence department• Data Model definition and controls set up for suppliers

• Training and support to SAP key user: modulate FI, CO (Finance) on 11 countries. => Result: reliability of the data finances sensitive which are of use as base to the management controllers.• Elaboration of controls and Key Performance Indicators set up and reportings => Result: financial database is now secured with reliable information for the accounting dpt.• Management of the accounting source data to check the management of banking institutions, objects of cost accounting, currencies and exchange rates.•Implementation of a banking reference table to strengthen the international regulations (IBAN)

Senior Head of projects for ACGMain responsibilities: In charge of linguistic and cultural adaptation for Hewlett Packard products worldwide.- Responsible for the localization of marketing and digital content• Pre-sales consulting for localization projects :o Analysis of customers’ requirementso Solution proposals, quotations o Negotiation of prices and adaptation of solutions.• Purchase of project developments with worldwide suppliers:• Project Managemento Planningo Technical and Financial monitoringo Reportingo Integration and quality control • Constant Improvement of Processes, Industrialization and Offers.• Training and supervision of new project managers in the team.

I was in charge to administrate a portfolio of 600 customers and 7 retailers with a turnover of 2.5 M€ . In addition I dealt with all export documentso Incoterms, credit letters, documentary creditsand also had a Marketing mission to create catalogs, priclists for customers• International Trade shows animations.
