In a context of upgrade of our information systems, my job consists in piloting and taking care of all functional and technical aspects of all IT programs while respecting the Komatsu Group’s strategy.In March 2019, I have successfully deployed: SAP, CRM (Salesforce), a Web Portal. Proactively identify actions to capture values and develop BI queries. • SAP deployment and process design and optimization in central and through 10 affiliates Result: definition of the data creation flows , governance set up and controls of the data. Creation and implementation of Kpis for the direction.• Optimization of SAP business processes: support during 6 months of supply chain businesses : trainings, tools, routines set up to meet the deadlines of creation and ensure a delivery in stores. Results no more stop in production and increase of the supply chain operational efficiency.
