As a technical translator translating from French and Spanish into English, I specialised in the exciting and fast-paced world of aeronautics. From one day to another, I could be translating a document about the most complex aspects of an engine, to air traffic control and flight time regulations for pilots and crew members. I spent one year travelling with my partner with only a backpack as our home and an accordion for company.
