I am a global business leader in asset management with over 20 years’ international experience driving performance and efficiency for top-tier firms, including JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Citi. My deep knowledge of the full range of investment products and fund vehicles across asset classes and international jurisdictions is coupled with a deep understanding of risk management and control frameworks and the 1LoD function. I have repeatedly proven my ability to deliver business growth by shaping products to evolving client needs as well as mitigate risk, boost clarity, bolster governance, and simplify and enhance systems, processes, and organizational structures in highly regulated, client-facing businesses.In my current role as Managing Director and Global Head of the Control Management function for JP Morgan’s Asset Management division, I have rebuilt and reorganized a 65-person team across eight global locations, setting a balance between a robust control mindset with an understanding of the needs of the business.
