Project management with a focus on change and communication

BNP Paribas Fortis Trainee Programme is a development programme for high potential graduates with a master degree and a professional experience of maximum 2 years.During the programme the trainee goes through internships within different business lines with the goal to get to know the organisation, work in different environments, get an insight into own strengths and attention points and build an extensive network.After 15 months the trainee is assigned to a fixed position in one of our business lines or support entities.I was responsible of the operational and people management (5 direct reports, and up to 120 traines) and project management (reshape of the programme in view of BNP Paribas Fortis strategy).

The role of BNPP Fortis 'Mobility Centre' is to stimulate and manage the internal labor market in order to increase performance, motivation and employability.As a founding member of the Mobility Centre, I was actively involved in the department set up : definition of policies and processes, positioning, internal communication, training of HR managers, ... Other key tasks : initiate and coordinate cross-business mobility projects (identification of opportunities, selection of candidates, set up and follow up of developpement tracks,...), provide coaching and/or career guidance to employees, support HR Business Partners in case of reorganizations, ...
